| 摘 要： | 建立在二十年前<标准化法>基础上的标准化体制已不适应当前经济、社会、科技发展的需要了.许多产品和服务的安全问题的深层次原因就在于本已落后的标准化体制在远去的道德和隐藏的违法背景下逐渐异化.消费者参与标准化工作是这一问题得到有效解决的途径之一.这也符合国际标准化的发展趋势.本文旨在对这一机制进行初步的法理分析和制度设计,同时对<标准化法>的修改提出相关意见.
