| 摘 要： | 要使我国高职教育实现可持续发展的战略目标,有必要以大职业教育观的视野,结合中央提出的构建终身教育体系,从培养社会主义建设急需的高素质人才角度出发,对高职教育的特征进行再分析,并探索出一条具有中国特色、完全符合中国国情的把人力资源转变成人力资本的切实可行的发展道路。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education of our country grows rapidly in recent years.It cultivates lots of practical talented persons for our country's economic construction and thus makes active contribution.It is necessary to reanalyze the feature of higher vocational education and search for a applicable developing way in order to implement the strategic objective of sustainable development of our country's higher vocational education.The development of economic globalization influences the politics,economy,culture,education and the people's life style of our country deeply.It also assigns new task and new meanings to the feature of our country's higher vocational education. |
