区域创业力理论及实证分析初探

目前创业力的研究主要集中在个体和企业上,而对区域上的研究缺少关注。区域创业力的研究在理论和实际应用中都具有重要意义。从创业供给的角度阐述了区域创业力的内涵,并依据创业全过程界定了区域创业力的影响要素:创业者、创业力资本、创业机会。在此基础上,从统计学的角度选取了各影响要素的关键指标,以安徽各地市为对象,利用主成分分析法对其17个地市的区域创业力进行了测度、排序,反映出不同区域的创业力对比竞争状态。结论指出,区域创业力的研究从理论上深化了创业力研究,在实际应用中,实证分析反应出不同地区区域创业力的对比竞争状况,因此可以为政策制定者和投资者的决策提供重要的科学参考。

Regional Entrepreneurship Theory and Empirical Analysis

The previous studies of entrepreneurship mainly focused on individuals and corporations, but given few attentions on regions. The studies on regional entrepreneurship not only develop the theory on entrepreneurship, but also provide scientific reference for governments and management. This paper defines a region's capacity to create entrepreneurial supply as regional entrepreneurship, then interprets regional entrepreneurship with three dimensions: entrepreneur, entrepreneurship capital and entrepreneurial opportunity. Based on it, by using principal component analysis method, this paper presents evalution model of regional entrepreneurship to evaluate the regional entrepreneurship among different regions, introducing the process of analysis and evaluation with 17 cities of Anhui as example .The paper concludes by demonstrating the theoretical implication of regional entrepreneurship and presenting evalution model of regional entrepreneurship usefull to evaluate the regional entrepreneurship, which make significant helpfulness for government and managers.
