高尔夫专业本科学生专业能力的构成与评价

以高尔夫专业本科学生专业能力为研究对象,将海南省三亚市作为研究地,运用重要-表现度分析法,从高尔夫企业中高层管理人员和基层员工、本科院校高尔夫专业教师和学生的视角出发,对专业能力之专业知识、专业技能与专业素质3大模块28项指标,进行重要和表现程度评价。结果发现高尔夫专业本科学生专业能力的表现与企业、教师和学生个人的期望都相差较大。而专业知识和专业技能中的一些指标是最需提升的内容。基于研究结果,提出从3个方面提升高尔夫专业本科学生专业能力的对策和建议。

Construction and Evaluation of Professional Competences of Undergraduate Major in Golf

This study takes professional competences of undergraduate major in golf as research object in Sanya,using importance-performance analysis,from the perspective of the golf businesses,the teachers and students of golf education college,evaluates the importance and the performance of professional competences’ 28 indicators that can be divided into the professional knowledge,the professional skill and the professional quality.The results showed that there were many obvious gaps between the performances of professional competences and the expectations of the golf businesses,teachers and students.Some indicators of the professional knowledge and the professional skill need to be improved urgently.Based on the research results,this study proposes three aspects of opinions and suggestions to improve professional competences of undergraduate major in golf.
