On Poor Kindergartens in Beijing Shijingshan District

Based on their investigation on 8 poor kindergartens in the Shijingshan district of Beijing city, the authors have found that such kindergartens often have worse management, teachers, education quality and relationship with their owners. According to the authors, the government and society should pay more attention and give more supports to these kindmgurtens.
