| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆的知识产权保护已成为人们所关注的焦点。数字图书馆的发展应以法律手段和技术手段来综合解决。在数学图书馆的开发和使用过程中，迫切需要建立一个统一的行业性或全国性的数字图书馆版权管理机构，这样会对知识产权保护起着巨大推动作用。
