城市社区虚拟养老院项目调查研究

城市社区居家养老服务需求种类繁杂、需求量大，而能有效提供各类服务的机构相对不够，甚至缺乏。为了系统解决诸多的居家养老难题，天津劲松护养院自2008年开始，利用自身资源优势的同时，介入专业老年社会工作的方式，整合多方资源，针对社区急需服务的老年人，开展个案管理工作，积极探索延伸社区助老服务，并自2012年开始，连续3年接受中央财政资金支持，开展社区虚拟养老院项目，本文即以该项目为研究对象，对项目的执行情况开展调查研究。

Investigating the City Community Fictitious Nursing Home Project

City community aged care needs species complex, high demand, which will effectively provide a wide range of service providers relatively insufficient, lacking even. In order to systematic resolve the problems of old-age care in home, Tianjin Jingsong nursing homes since the beginning of 2008, using its own resources at the same time, involved professional geriatric social work approach, integrating various resources, for community needed services of older persons, case management, and actively explore the extended community for caring service, and beginning in 2012, accepted central government financial support for three consecutive years and carry out, this paper is based on the project for the study, the study and research on the implementation of the project.
