新时期文化创意产业园区转型升级的路径研究

我国文化创意产业园区主要是以建设发展模式为特征,它亟待通过转型升级向优化运营发展模式演进,实现可持续发展。转型升级的取向及路径:一是从文化创意的产业化集聚,实现文化创意产业园区与地方经济深度融合的产业创意化演进;二是从文化创意产业的传统园区,实现向基于信息化的文化创意与科技深度融合的智慧型园区演进;三是从文化创意产业园区的建设者,实现向市场化、专业化、高端化运营商主体的转换;四是从文化创意产业园区的自我发展,实现向引领区域创新、创意、创业发展的创新驱动中心演进。

Study on the Transformation and Upgrading Route for Cultural and Creative Industry Park in the New Era

China’s cultural and creative industrial parks are mainly characterized by its construction and development mod. It is urgent for the parks to evolve towards optimized operation and development mode through transformation and upgrading, and to achieve sustainable development. The direction and the pathway for transformation and upgrading are: First, through industrialized aggregation of culture and creation, achieve the industrialized creative evolution which deeply integrate both cultural and creative industry park and local economy. Second, achieve evolution from traditional cultural and creative industry park to smart park which deeply integrate information technology based cultural creation and technology. Third, achieve transformation from builder of cultural and creative industry park to market-oriented, professional and high-end operators. Fourth, achieve evolution from self-development of cultural and creative industry park, to innovation-driven center which leads innovation, creation and entrepreneurship development in the region.
