摘    要:在教育全球化的今天,古已有之的大学生跨境学习重新兴起,短期境外学习因成本低、方式灵活而日益流行。短期境外学习满足了不同文化沟通和交流的客观需求,也是高校和大学生主动选择的结果,包括三种类型、三个阶段,对促进学生专业发展和个人未来发展都有重要作用。我国大学生短期境外学习可从国外相关理论和实践中学习经验,加强高等教育机构参与、丰富学习形式和内容、重视行前准备和事后总结、加强资金支持。

The Motivation,Process and Effect of Short-term Study Abroad for College Student
Abstract:Going abroad for study resumes in educational globalization. Because of the low cost and flexibility, short-term study abroad become more and more popular, which is not only to meet the demand of cross -cultural understanding and interaction, but also the initiative choice by higher education institutions and students. Short-term study includes three models and three steps. It can help students improve their professional and personality development. China can learn experience from other countries to improve the short-term study abroad program in higher education by enhancing involvement of higher education institutions, improving learning form and materials, emphasizing preparation and reflection, and increasing financial support.
