基于灰色关联度分析的城市生态宜居水平研究--以2003-2013年天津市样本数据为例

遴选经济、城建、环境和民生四个维度共27项指标构建城市宜居水平计量体系，基于灰色关联度分析方法、选取相关规划目标数据为基准，对天津市2003—2013年期间的城市宜居水平进行了解析。结果表明，11年间天津的城市宜居水平得到持续改善，但在四个维度上并不均衡，社会民生和生态环境水平较预期目标的相对差距明显，成为制约城市宜居水平的“短板”，这一计量结果与实际观测情况基本相符。本研究中从四个维度进行计量体系构建的模式，以及基于特定基准的灰色关联度分析方法，为城市生态宜居水平的测度提供了一种可行策略。

Research of City Livable Based on Grey Relational Analysis---According to 2003-2013 Sample Data of Tianjin

In this paper, 27 indices is selected among the economic, urban construction, environment and livelihood dimensions, in order to build a measurement system of city livable. Taken policy planning objectives as the datum,the city livable of Tianjin is carried out according to sample data from 2003 to 2013,using grey relational analysis. As a result,the city livable has been improved through the 11 years, sustainably but unbalanced. Compared to economic and urban construction dimension, the result of environment and livelihood dimension became the "short board", with obvious gaps to the taken datum. According to this conclusion,the measurement system is feasible to the measurement of city livable,and the grey relational analysis could be used with the determined datum.
