| 摘 要： | 在高等教育由精英化向大众化转变的时代,青年教师在高校教师队伍中的比例逐渐增大,其专业发展的好坏已经成为制约当前高校人才培养质量的重要因素。本研究从高校青年教师专业成长的内在和外在两个因素出发,探讨了高校青年教师专业发展的途径。
