| 摘 要： | ELISA（酶联免疫吸附测定法）检测结果是否准确可靠,除了有优质的试剂,良好的仪器,正确的操作在ELISA检测中是非常重要的一步.标本采集和保存、准确加样、温浴的温度与时间、洗涤液的浓度,均可直接影响到ELISA检测结果的准确性.对本底及假阳性产生原因的正确分析,正确对临界（CUT OFF）值附近的血清处理,对ELISA检测结果能否准确报告具有非常重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Correct operating in ELISA test is very important besides high-quality reagents and good instruments.In addition,Specimen and preservation,accurate sample,water bath temperature and time,the concentration of washing directly affect the accuracy of the ELISA test result.It is also of great clinical significance for ELISA test result to correctly analyze the background and the false positive cause,handle the serum near critical value. |
