| Abstract: | s: Whether an individual can become the subject of international law is an endless debate among scholars at home and abroad. Aiming at the opposite arguments, this article probes into the status and characteristics of an individual as the subject of international law from the legal and social aspects of the subject of legal relations. The author holds that an individual is the subject of international law and it has the features of derivativeness and limitedness. |
