摘    要:本文在阐述文化差异、文化沟通、文化融合这三个跨文化管理基本概念内涵的基础上,分析其内在的逻辑关系,并把三者统一于跨文化管理的过程中。

Abstract:The study of Cross-culture Management is on its underway stage at the time,but it will develop further with Chinese ecnomy's internationalization and more multiantional companies' entering.It is necessary to study the Cross-culture Management further.It also needs to study and elucidate its basic concept and their inner Lojic realtionship further.This article first elucidates the connotation of Culture Difference,Culture Communicatation,Culture Amalgamation,then analyses the inner Lojic relationship among the three basic concept of Cross-culture Management and units them into the progress of Cross-culture Management.
