| Abstract: | The study of Cross-culture Management is on its underway stage at the time,but it will develop further with Chinese ecnomy's internationalization and more multiantional companies' entering.It is necessary to study the Cross-culture Management further.It also needs to study and elucidate its basic concept and their inner Lojic realtionship further.This article first elucidates the connotation of Culture Difference,Culture Communicatation,Culture Amalgamation,then analyses the inner Lojic relationship among the three basic concept of Cross-culture Management and units them into the progress of Cross-culture Management. |
