| 摘 要： | 现实的政治统治和治理模式形形色色,其表现千差万别,但每一种模式都具有自己的哲学理念。笔者阐明了政治价值体系的构成,并从政治价值体系与治理模式关系的一般理论出发,分别考察了自由、平等和民主价值选项下所形成的不同政治模式。

| Abstract: | Existing political rules and administration models are various, and their expressions differ in thousands of ways. However, each model has its own philosophical approach. The author expounds the constitution of the system of political values, and investigates freedom and equality and different political models formed by choice of values of democratic people. |
