| 摘 要： | 工学结合是高职院校在人才培养模式上的创新实践,具有鲜明的特色和优势.目前,高职院校思想政治教育还存在着理念滞后、内容陈旧、形式单一等问题.基于工学结合模式下的思想政治教育必须转变教育理念,改进教学内容,创新教学方法和手段,加强校企衔接,构建全员育人、全程育人的思想政治教育体系.

| Abstract: | Work - study combination, as a new form of talents cultivation in higher vocational education, has distinctive characteristics and advantages. At present, there are still some problems, such as old -fashioned idea, outmoded contents and monotonous form. Ideological and political education under the mode of work - study combi- nation should transform its educational ideas, improve teaching materials, innovate teaching skills and methods, strengthen school - enterprise engagement, establish all - member system for full - range students education. |
