太极拳对中老年女性肌体一氧化氮及其合酶与血脂血糖的影响

摘    要:对长期坚持参加太极拳运动的中老年女性的血清一氧化氮及其合酶(NOS)活性进行测定,同时测定胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、甘油三脂(TG)、血糖(GLU)。结果表明:长期有规律的太极拳运动可以提高肌体高密度脂蛋白水平,降低胆固醇水平,预防动脉粥样硬化,在预防中老年女性血糖升高中能够起到积极的作用。

Abstract:This paper tests the activity of nitrous oxide and nitric oxide synthase in serum for middle aged and elder women who insist on practicing Taijiquan exercise for a long time.At the same time,we test the index of TC,TG,HDL-C,GLU.The result shows that Taijiquan exercise can improve NOS activity and promote the synthesis of NO and lower cholesterol level,raise HDL level and prevent atherosclerosis.Taijiquan exercises for long time can play active role in preventing blood sugar raising.
