职业教育的效用价值与规范价值分析

摘    要:职业教育价值按照其表现形式,分为效用价值和规范价值。效用价值指明了职业教育的客观有用性,按照价值主体不同分为社会效用价值、个体效用价值和系统自身效用价值;规范价值指明了职业教育的主观有用性,按照其规范指向的不同分为对价值观的规范价值和对道德的规范价值。效用价值是规范价值的基础,规范价值是效用价值的超越,各种价值之间相辅相成,共同构成职业教育价值体系。

Abstract:The values of vocational education can be divided into utility value and normative value by the its pattern of manifestation.Utility value clearly shows the objective usefulness of vocational education,and can be divided into social,individual and systematic utility value by value subject;normative value clearly shows the subjective usefulness of vocational education,and can be divided into normative value for values and that for ethic.Utility value is the basis of normative value,while normative value is the overstepping for utility value.Various values supplements each other and jointly constitutes vocational education value system.
