我国消防产品认证体制问题与对策研究

随着经济全球化趋势增强,我国加入WTO和实施市场经济体制,我国政府职能由管理型政府向服务型改府进一步转变,我国消防产品认证体制也面临挑战.本文充分调研和分析了我国现行消防产品认证体制存在的问题,研究了问题产生的原因;对比分析国内外消防产品认证体制模式,并研究它们与消防产品及认证市场、改府消防管理职能之间关系;提出了适合我国国情的消防产品认证体制时策模型和实施策略.本研究可以为我国消防产品认证体制改革提供决策依据.

Countermeasures Study on China's Fire Control Product Certification Systems

Along with the globalization of world economy,the situation of China entering WTO,the formation of China market economic structure,and the transformation of China government functions,the fire product certification systems in China are now also facing challenges.The problems and their causes that exist in China fire product certification systems are studied,and a countermeasures model and related strategies for China fire product certification systems are brought forward on the basis of detail analysis and study of main world fire product certification systems,their relationship with related fire product and certification markets and fire management functions of government in this paper.
