| 摘 要： | 素质教育的核心是培养学生的创新精神及实践能力。实施素质教育要依靠符合条件业务过硬的合格教师，因此教师必须不断提高自身的综合素质，学校也要针对素质教育的特点，加强师资队伍的培养和建设。在实施素质教育的过程中，学生家庭、社会所起到的作用是不可忽视的，所以素质教育要有一个广大的教育环境。

| Abstract: | The core of quality-oriented education is to cultivate students' creative minds and practical abilities. In order to carry out the quality-oriented education better, we need more qualified teachers who conform to the requirement and have a perfect mastery of professional work. So teachers should enhance their qualities step by step. Meantime, aimed at the characteristics of quality-oriented education, a school should strengthen the teachers' cultivation. In the course of carrying out quality-oriented education, students' families and society play an important role that is not to be ignored. So it is necessary for quality-oriented education to develop an extensive educational environment. |
