摘    要:我国事业单位聘用制度改革在短期内取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在一些困难问题,一方面是传统观念和意识的阻碍,另一方面是配套政策不完善使聘用制度改革难以进一步深入。解决这些困难和问题,必须在加强宣传和教育的同时,不断学习和研究新政策,完善与聘用制度相关的配套政策改革。

Abstract:Although the recruitment system reformation of institutions in the short term has gained gratifying achievements,there are still some difficult issues.On the one hand is the obstacles of traditional concept and con-sciousness,on the other hand is the imperfect matching policies that couldn't promote the recruitment reform.To solve these difficulties and problems,we must strengthen propaganda and education,keep learning and researching new policies,improve the related supporting policy reforms.
