| 摘 要： | 跨国民族问题是当今社会的新生态民族问题,是影响新世纪国际关系的世界性问题。本文从跨国民族问题与极端主义逆流的结合、当代跨国民族问题的尖锐化与各种犯罪活动相关联、跨国的移民族体和宗教集团的政治追求呈上升趋势等三个方面,分析了当代跨国民族问题的几个较普遍的新特征。目的是要引起国际社会对这一问题的高度重视,为构建和谐世界创造一个良好的发展环境。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,transnational ethnic groups is one of the nascent issue.It is a issue of universality,which can influence international relations in the new century.This paper focuses on several new characteristics of this issue by analyzing three aspects to draw forth the universal society to pay close attention to it and to establish a harmonious universal environment. |
