| Abstract: | To construct the responsibility system for behaviors of infringing creditor's rights we should pay attention to the following issues: its position in the civil law system of our country;its applicable scope;whether debtors can be the main body of behaviors of infringing creditors' rights;the subjective conditions;the methods of producing evidences for bearing responsibility;the categories of illegal infringement and the actual bearing of compensations for damages. |
