| 摘 要： | 王安石认为,人才就是"经世致用"之才.培养、选拔、任用"经世致用"之才,必须对原有的科举制度和用人制度进行改革,对此,他从教之以德、养之以情、取之以事、任之以能四个方面分别进行了论述.

| Abstract: | Wang Anshi held that talented person was the one who could govern the society using his very practical useful talent. To raise, select and assign these people , the government must reform the original imperial civil service examination system and the system of personnel placement. Regarding this, he elaborated in four aspects, which are educating them with virtue, cultivating them with affection, selecting them in view of business, assigning them according to their ability. |
