| 摘 要： | 在任何国家,一个稳定、和谐与发展的社会都离不开有效的社会管理.如何构建有效的社会管理机制?我们认为应从构建科学的社会决策机制、全面的社会控制机制、有力的社会监督机制、有效的社会制约机制四个方面进行探索与实践.

This paper expounds this problem from four aspects: the scientific community from a decision-making mechanism,a comprehensive social control mechanism,a strong social supervision mechanism,a mechanism of effective social constraints. |
