| 摘 要： | 对外党际关系是国家对外关系的重要组成部分,发展对外党际关系成效如何直接关系国家对外战略的推行.中国共产党发展对外党际关系的基本经验有:摒弃"大家庭"观念,务实"独立自主"基础;正确对待党际关系与国家关系,党际关系服从、服务于国家关系;不以意识形态划线,着重国家利益,发展党际关系;不论执政党还是在野党,都要以平等合作的态度发展关系;不分大国小国,一律平等相待.

| Abstract: | The External inter-party relations are an important part of the national external relations,How the external inter-party relations develop is directly connected with the implementation of national foreign strategy.The Chinese Communist Party have the basic experiences in developing external party relations:(1) abandoning the idea of "the big family",and building the firm foundation of "maintaining independence and keeping initiative";(2)Treating correctly inter-party relations and national external relations,inter-party relations should,serve national relations;(3) not drawing a line with ideology,developing inter-party relations,emphasizing for national interests;(4) no matter out-party or party in power,all must develop relations with equal and cooperative attitude;(5) Treating every country equally without considering the power and size of them. |
