| 摘 要： | 运动队的群体凝聚力与运动成绩之间存在复杂关系。采用文献综述法,回顾了以往研究对凝聚力的定义、测量方法,重点考察了影响运动队凝聚力变化的重要因素;分析了已有研究存在的不足并提出了今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | There exists a complicated connection between group cohesion and athletic performance for sports teams.By means of literature reviews,the authors have reviewed the definition and measuring methods on group cohesion of previous studies,investigated the chief factors that have influenced the variability of group cohesion for sports teams,analyzed the deficiencies of previous researches and pointed out the direction for future studies. |
