关于八连村的教育调查及分析

摘    要:八连是一个多民族村。据调查统计,20世纪七八十年代出生的人,能够完成义务教育初中阶段学业的人数,只接近此期间出生总人数的13,多数人为小学毕业或肄业。造成该村村民低学历的原因,1966年前,普遍的家庭贫困是主要因素;文化大革命期间至实行土地承包制前,政策因素和经济困难是主要原因;社会政治、经济生活逐渐正常化后的八九十年代,学校教育体制及该村的风俗文化成为影响学生学业提高的重要因素。

Abstract:Balian Village is inhabited by people of multi nationalities.According to statistics of an investigation,only one-third of the population of the village born in 1970s and 1980s has completed compulsory education of junior middle school and the majority graduated from primary school or failed to complete primary education.The poor educational background of the villagers resulted from the following causes:before 1966,the main cause was family poverty;from the period of the Cultural Revolution to the period before land contract system,policy and economic problems accounted for the main reason;while during 1980s and 1990s when normalization of social,political and economic life was gradually restored,education system of schools and customs and culture of the village became the main factors to affect the improvement of students'studies.
