| 摘 要： | 本试验通过建立柑桔裂皮病(Citrus exocortis viroid CEV)指示植物的愈伤组织系统,探索裂皮病类病毒的消毒方式和接种感染愈伤组织的方法,分析了CEV对愈伤组织的处理效应及培养条件对接种效果的影响。最后初步探讨了CEV离体鉴定的可行性及其意义。

| Abstract: | The callus systen of me index plant of citrus exocortis viroid(CEV) was established, and the methods of sterm ion and inoculation of CEV were experimented. The CEV caused the treated callus expressions and the different culture conditions had influential effects on the inoculated callus, the article hen discussed the availability and significants of CEV's identification in vitro. |
