| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查以及数理统计等方法，对影响河北省城镇中学实施体育与健康课程标准的因素进行了调查。结果表明，影响河北省城镇中学体育教学改革的因素主要表现在学校领导不重视、学校体育课的地位较低、河北省城镇中学生师比较高、体育教师不能准确把握体育与健康课程标准的内容、体育教师安于现状缺乏改革创新的意识等几个方面。

| Abstract: | With literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,etc.,a survey is conducted about factors that affect the implementation of PE and Health Curriculum Standards in urban middle schools in Hebei Province.The results show that the factors include school leaders' neglect,lower position of PE and higher student-teacher ratio.Moreover,PE teachers fail to correctly grasp PE and health curriculum standards.And they are satisfied with current situation and are short of reform and innovation awareness. |
