| Abstract: | In this paper,the function of analysis and test in science and technology is discussed.Enhancing skill of analyzing and testing lies on commanding scientific analysis and test method.The details that illustrate how to use internet resources in order to immediately learn the newest method are discussed and some practicality resource is also introduced. |
