| Abstract: | Based on the scientific principle of moldern management, this paper establishes the basic theory for complete quality management which comprises the institutionalization, technicalization and standardization for us to grasp the province project problem management by means of the offective ways of double-level managoment, dynamic management and carrier management in order to promote the study quality and realize the prosperity of education and schools by scientific research. |
