| 摘 要： | 以激励是人力资源管理的重要内容为切入口，通过对激励问题的分析，阐述了激励在高校图书馆发展中的重要作用。指出了高校图书馆应当运用多种激励方式调动馆员的积极性、创造性，实现图书馆和个人双赢的目标。
