| Abstract: | To improve the status of low-performance schools and make the education develop more balanced has been an important task of many countries educational reform and development.Education Action Zones in England have made great effort and success in improving teaching quality in low-performance schools since 1998.the achievement of such plan has gained social endorsement.EAZs' work and success sets us a good example. |
