| 摘 要： | 以研究学生由“学会”到“会学”的转化为出发点 ,以引导学生学习健身的方法和培养学生自我健身能力为归宿 ,进行“三自”(“自我学习”、“自我健身”、“自我评价”)教学策略在小学体育教学中运用的实践研究。使学生逐渐形成自我激发、自我定向、自我规划、自我健身、自我评价的良性循环。
