| 摘 要： | 采用凯尼恩 (ATPA)量表和社会学方法 ,对宁、苏、锡、常等城市 (镇 )群众体育活动进行抽样调查 ,且探索了体育参与和社交、身心健康、审美、精神解脱、改善心理品质和磨难的密切关系 ,为全民健身计划提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This paper sample the mass physical activity in Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou ect cities with the methods of ATPA and sociology, at the same time it example the influence of the whole fitness for all project on the mass physical activity in, The conclusion show that the practice of the whole fitness for all project plays special important part in the promoting the prevalence of the physical activity in and rural areas. |
