| Abstract: | Analyzing the mechanism of fatigue which may be caused by compounds such as phosphate, H + accumlated inside muscle fibers, the nature and limitation of blocking up hypothesis is discussed, for the purpose of guide to eliminate sports fatigue in exercise and sports. |
