| 摘 要： | 地域文化的挖掘与大学特色文化的培育，离不开对地域性综合文化资源的开发利用。地方性大学的办学特色不只体现在某些具有地域特色的学科和专业建设上，还体现在对具有地域文化特色的大学人文精神的培育上。中国百年左右历史的大学都有自己独特的大学文化。办学历史短的地方性大学应该积极地从地域文化精神中去挖掘当地特有的人文精神，以创建和培育自己的特色文化。大学特色文化的培育应该体现出科学精神与人文精神、历史与现实、继承与创新的统一。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of regional culture and characteristic culture of the university cannot be divorced from the exploration of regional comprehensive culture. The features of regional universities are mirrored not only in some disciplines and specialties with regional characteristics but also in the cultivation of college humanistic spirit with regional traits. In China, universities with a history of nearly 100 years have their own unique cultures, thus regional universities with a relatively short history should explore the regional humanistic spirit in order to establish and cultivate their own cultures. The cultivation of characteristic culture should reflect the unity of scientific and humanistic spirit, history and reality and inheritance and creativeness. |
