| 摘 要： | 票据款式是出票人根据票据法的规定在票据上应为的或可以为的各种记载。各国法律对此规定各不相同，产生了许多法律冲突。为了解决这种冲突，各国一般以行为地法为主，兼采法律行为本身的准据法。修改和完善我国《票据法》，以适应经济全球化的需要。

| Abstract: | Bills' Form is that the drawer must or may write down records on the bills according to the regulations of Bills' Law. The regulations of law in each nation are different, so it causes conflicts of law. In order to solve the problems, usually, each nation uses lex loci actus and lex cause of actions of law. We must modify and consummate The Law of Bills of our country, so that it can adapt the need of global economics. |
