| 摘 要： | 针对我国农产品品质安全存在的问题,提出了基于技术标准的农产品品质提升的一般模式;结合具体案例,探讨了技术标准对农产品品质提升的作用机制.研究表明,技术标准能够为农产品生产提供科学规范的技术支持,降低买卖双方交易的机会成本,进而通过规模经济和范围经济效应,推动技术标准的实施,促进农产品品质的持续提高,从而保障农产品安全.
