中等职业学校专任教师资源配置差异分析

中等职业教育教师资源配置不均衡直接影响着教育质量。通过统计我国各省、市、区2009年末的办学规模与专任师资队伍的数据,对其采用比率、极差、极差率、标准差、变异系数进行测度,发现全国各地区中等职业教育教师资源配置差异悬殊,学校规模与师资内部结构不协调,教师职称与学历普遍偏低,西部远远落后于东部地区。

Analysis on the Distribution Difference of Teachers in Secondary Vocational Education

In our country,education resource allocation affects the education quality of secondary vocational education directly,especially the difference of teachers.In this paper,the data of school size and teachers of each province/city/area at the end of 2009 are collated.They are measured by the ways of ratio,range,the ratio of range and coefficient of variation.Main Conclusions are as follows: education resource allocations of secondary vocational education teachers vary from of each region,the scale of schools and teachers are inharmonious,teachers’ professional titles and education backgrounds are on the low side,the west is far behind the east.
