| 摘 要： | 教育审议会制度是日本教育咨询与决策的重要制度。对日本教育审议会制度的发展过程进行研究,从名称的变化、设置法令的制定与修改、委员任命范围、职能等方面考察日本教育行政决策向科学化、民主化迈进的曲折历程,揭示其百余年来在日本教育政策制定过程中的作用,全面、正确地认识日本教育审议制度的历史地位及影响。

| Abstract: | The deliberative council system is an important system in consultation and decision-making in Japanese education.Study on the progress of the production,development and improvement of this system,investigate into the tortuous course of its scientification and democrati-zation progress,and reveal its effect on the Japanese education history in almost a hundred years,will be conducive for us to recognize its his-torical status and influence in the education history comprehensively. |
