| 摘 要： | 基于Malmquist生产率指数,实证测算了2000～2009年我国29个地区全要素教育效率及其技术效率与技术进步指数,结论表明东、中、西3大区域教育效率依次呈递减趋势,但各区域递减的因素不同,导致东部各地区递减的原因是缺乏技术效率,而导致中西部各地区递减的因素是技术进步指数下降.

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the Malmquist productivity index,empirical estimates the 2000~2009 29 regions across all elements of education efficiency and its technical efficiency and the technological progress of index.The conclusion shows that the efficiency of education in the eastern,central and western regions showed a decreasing trend in turn,diminishing the regional education factors,leading to the diminishing of eastern region due to the lack of technical efficiency.Reason of diminishing in the central and western regions is the decreasing technological progress index. |
