7913型电位器刻修系统的设计与实现

摘    要:研究了宝成航空电子公司电子产品分公司的7913型电位器数控刻修机的设计和实现工业计算机闭环控制系统的途径和方法。目的是使用工业控制计算机实现对电位器刻修机床的自动控制。实现方法是通过数据采集装置实时采集控制过程所需要的数据,以实时诊断系统和设备运行过程中出现的问题,并通过分析参数的变化趋势,及时发现和预报异常情况并作出正确的控制动作,提供事故处理信息,最终达到自动控制电位器刻修机的目的。在给出原有系统的基础上,还详细介绍了改造后系统的结构及软硬件构成。

Abstract:The content of this article is a project of design and implementation of industrial computer closed loop control system for the 7913 potentiometer drill machine of Baocheng electricity company.In this paper,the autocontrol to potentiometer drill machine by industrial computers will be achieved.The special method is that we first collect the need data in the control process through the sets of data collection,and then detect the bugs in the process of the system and the sets running.At the same time,we can analyze the variational tendency of the parameters.And according to the result of the analysis,the abnormal things can be found out and disposed of in time,then realize the autocontrol of the Potentiometer Drill machine.Based on the original system,the article described the structure and the hardware and software of the improved system in detail.
