试论口译中文化现象的翻译策略

对于口译工作者来讲，具有跨文化意识，帮助交谈双方克服由文化差异而产生的沟通障碍是非常重要的。口译过程中一些尴尬局面的出现，除了语言技能方面的原因外，在很大程度上是由于口译员缺乏对中西方文化差异的了解所造成的。本文分析了在口译工作中研究文化转换对策的必要性并着重指出了口译中处理文化现象应采用的翻译策略。

On the Strategies to Deal with Cultural Phenomena in Interpretation

It is very important for an interpreter to possess the cross-cultural awareness in order to help the relative two parties overcome their communicating difficulty caused by their cultural differences. The reason why sometimes embarrassments occur is, in a greater extent, due to an interpreter's ignorance of the cultural differences between the east and the west if his or her language proficiency is not considered. This paper, while analyzing the necessity to study the strategies on cross-cultural exchanges, expounds on the specific translation strategies that an interpreter should take in dealing with cultural differences in the process of interpretation.
