| 摘 要： | 概述Million Book Project与Google数字图书馆计划的基本情况，分析和比较两者在发起原因、组织方式、资金使用、文献资料来源、可用性、期望效益和实施障碍等方面的异同，阐明两者尤其是Google数字图书馆计划的缺陷，提出Google应与其他数字化项目加强合作，取长补短，促成各自项目目标的实现，使用户能够更方便地存取信息资源。

| Abstract: | Based on the general information of Million Book Project and the Digital Library Project of Google, this paper points out the characteristics and drawbacks existing in the Google Digital Library Project. By analyzing and comparing the aspects of development causes, organization, usage of capital, literature resource, usability, expectations and difficulties they are facing, it is considered in this paper that Google should cooperate with other digitalization projects more actively in order to provide the information users with more convenient service. |
