高职院校保卫档案管理与利用探析

高职院校保卫部门担负着学校的公共秩序、安全防范、消防和交通安全等工作,其档案管理工作的质量,直接影响到保卫工作的效果。针对目前高职院校保卫档案管理工作存在的档案意识淡薄、制度不健全、人员素质偏低等问题进行分析,提出要加强高职院校保卫档案管理工作,健全各种管理制度,不断提升保卫档案管理人员的素质,有效发挥出高职院校保卫档案管理工作的效率,为高等职业教育的快速发展发挥出应有的作用。

File Management and Utilization in Vocational Colleges

The security department in Higher vocational colleges defends public order,guard,fire and traffic safety,where the quality of the archives management directly affects the security work effect.By analysis of the existing problems in current archives management in higher vocational colleges,including the weak file consciousness,imperfect system,low quality of personnel,this paper proposes to strengthen file management in vocational colleges,and improve various management systems,and constantly improve the quality of management staff to defend files to effectively play in higher vocational colleges,and to play their due role during the rapid development of vocational education.
