| 摘 要： | 乐山市地处川南,总人口347万,辖11个区、市、县,有农村人口267万,其中,18～50岁劳动力150余万.为了加快全市经济结构和产业结构的战略调整,实现地方经济跨越式发展,市委、市政府2003年初就提出"转移农村劳动力100万"的目标.
