| 摘 要： | 少数民族传统体育自产生后,依附于生产方式、传统文化、传统习俗、庆典节日、舞蹈、军事等,还同祭祀、供奉、敬神等宗教活动相结合,既是心理的满足,又是社交的手段,宗教活动对少数民族传统体育的形成和发展起到了积极的促进作用。
