党的思想作风建设的理论思考

党的作风建设第一位的问题是搞好解放思想、实事求是这一思想作风建设.实践"三个代表",坚持马克思主义指导,是思想作风建设的根本保证.坚持三个"解放出来",有"左"反"左",有右反右,是思想作风建设的基本任务.思想作风建设要落到实处,应该具有世界眼光,勇于理论创新,把提高党员干部的自身修养和改善外部环境结合起来,正确处理解放思想与实事求是的关系.

Theoretical Reflection on the Construction of Thought Style

The most important question of the Party's construction is the construction of thought style which is to emancipate the mind and to seek truth from facts. The essential guarantee of the construction of thought style is to implement "Three Represents"and stick to the guiding of Marxism correctly. The basic mission of thought style is to stick to three "emancipations"and persist in opposing "the left" if there is "the left", opposing the right if there is the right. To put the construction of thought style into practice , we must have world-wide sight, be bold in making theoretical innovations, combine improving the cultivation of the Party cadres with making the external environments better and handle the relations between emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts.
